The Permanent Secretariat of the FOASPS has a department called FOASPS Services which provides, on request, support services to structures and institutions thanks to the technical expertise of members of the Permanent Secretariat and external consultants recruited following a very strict qualification and accreditation procedure.

The technical services of FOASPS Services can be requested by:
Beneficiaries of the conditions of the special intervention conditions
- Level 1 member organizations: country federations
- Level 2 member organizations: professional associations that are members of country federations
- Level 3 member organizations: companies and organizations that are members of professional associations
- Partner organizations and affiliated structures
Any other interested organizations/groups/individuals
- Any structure not meeting the criteria defined above and which meets needs for specific interventions in the areas mentioned or on related subjects
